FIND OUT IF BEING A LOVE FOCUS HOST HOME MENTOR IS RIGHT FOR YOU

In our Host Home program, individuals with disabilities including consumers with developmental disabilities live with their Host Home providers, we call Love Focus Mentors.

As a Mentor, you’ll help participants and consumers become an active part of the community while earning an extra money to meet your other needs. You’ll also receive tools, education, and constant support from our expert community team.

Best of all, you’ll make an impact and create bonds of friendship and family that can last a lifetime with a legacy.
